Notice
1. The same series number can be found on package, user manual and the storage tank, if there is no series number or the series number is damaged, this product is probably fraud, Junbro doesn’t guarantee this product’s quality and the after-sale service.
2. Supply water in the evening or in the next morning when the solar water heater is being used at the first time or has been shined for a long time without water in the tank, doing so can avoid the breakage of tubes with thermal shock.
3. All-glass evacuated solar collector tube (hereinafter tube) can stand as low temp. as -50 ℃when there is no water inside. During continuous snow in the winter, please fill the water tank full and empty the tank once every two days without sunshine.
4. Consult or hire professionals in your area for your installation, the lightening arrester should be considered in installation.
5. The system has to be mounted facing south.
6. All exposed piping should be insulated properly to prevent heat loss and provide freezing protection. In the areas with ambient temperature under -5, ℃， electric heating wire can be served as the solution of piping freezing. Switch off the power before operation.
7. Any modifications on the structures of water heater might lead to problems during service..
8. SR609 Series Controller combines auxiliary electric heater can be installed together with the solar water heater.
9. The Solar water heater has 2 years warranty, and the SR609 series controller has 1 year warranty.
Introduction of SP（Ⅱ） series water heaters
Junbro high pressure stand alone model is a new type of solar water heater which adopts advanced heat pipe and all glass vacuum tube Technology. Highly efficient vacuum tube absorbs heat from sunlight and heat pipe transfers heat to the condenser end of itself.Condensor indirectly contacts with water through a copper cap and it boils water by releasing heat gained from vacuum tube. The available size of the tank ranges from 150L to 250L.

STEP A
Screws: M1 Stand pieces: NO.1/NO.7/NO.8
Instruction: Assemble stand piece NO.1 with NO.7 /NO.8 and NO.13 using M1
STEP B
Screws: M1/M2 Stand pieces: NO.3/NO.4
Instruction: Assemble stand pieces NO.4 using M2, then assemble stand piece NO.3 with NO.4 using M1

Pipeline Sketch:
1, Install the system according the drawing shown above, and assemble all the accessories.
2, Connect the power wire of the electric heater and also the sensor signal wire.
3, Open the inlet valve, to check whether there’s leakage of the pipeline.
4, Make insulation work for all the outside parts, especially the connecting part.
